Alaska’s top 10 lobbyists for 2014, compiled by KTUU, reveals Wendy (Mulder) Chamberlain and her ex-husband and lobbying partner Eldon Mulder rank #1 and #9 in highest dollars earned (over $1,542,000).
It’s fascinating to see their daughter, Corey, has given at least $6,000 in $500 increments to various municipal and state candidates since 2011.
Clearly for the Chamberlain/Mulder clan, politics, networking and monetary contributions are all in the family.
It would be a worthwhile research to assess the financial involvement of spouses, siblings, and children of Alaska’s lobbyists in the electoral process.
APE wonders out loud: Does Corey Mulder even know all of those candidates to whom she donated the $500 maximum contribution in her early 20s?
