“I definitely feel like a celebrity,” Kevin Pease said, after speaking at the event. “Everywhere we go, especially in Fairbanks, a lot of people will recognize us and know who we are.” The four men spoke at a fundraiser for the Alaska Innocence Project Thursday evening, an event which also honored the lawyers who worked on the case.
