On Legislative Day 121, the goalposts moved when we received a new, “final” list of House minority budget demands.
The governor then called a special session with a four-day break from May 20 to May 23. The delay seems to put pink slips back on the radar by burning valuable days between now and the June 1 deadline for notices.
